Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan. You pay only when your order arrives at your doorstep.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours and usually delivered within 2–4 working days across Pakistan.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is FREE on orders over Rs 1,699. For smaller orders, delivery charges are Rs 220.
Will the jewellery tarnish or turn black?
With proper care, your jewellery will keep its shine for a long time. Avoid contact with water, perfume and sweat, and store it in its box when not wearing it.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us on WhatsApp as soon as you receive your order with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement for damaged, incorrect or defective items.
